Mechanical engineering student who enjoys turning ideas into real, functional CAD — from individual parts to complete assemblies and drawings.
I’m a Mechanical Engineering student who genuinely enjoys figuring out how things work and then building them in CAD.
Most of my work is done in SOLIDWORKS, where I design parametric parts, build functional assemblies, create engineering drawings, and work through the small details that make a model actually behave the way it should. I recently earned my CSWP and have been pushing myself beyond just modeling parts that “look right.”
Some of my projects include an inline four-cylinder engine and mechanical suspension components, where I’ve worked with assemblies, mates and motion, exploded views, BOMs, technical drawings, and STEP exports.
Right now, I’m moving deeper into simulation and CAE, especially FEA, ANSYS, GD&T, and Python. My goal is to become an engineer who can not only design something, but also understand how it will behave before it gets built.
I’m still learning, still building, and this portfolio is where I document that progress.

A fully parametric inline 4-cylinder engine assembly modeled in SOLIDWORKS from individual components and assembled with functional mates.
The project includes the engine block, crankshaft, connecting rods, pistons and piston pins, with the crank mechanism designed to demonstrate the relationship between rotational and reciprocating motion.
I also created a complete engineering drawing package with orthographic and section views, exploded assembly, ballooned BOM, principal dimensions, and individual component detailing.
The final assembly was prepared for CAD exchange using STEP AP242 while keeping the original SOLIDWORKS files fully editable.

A parametric shock absorber assembly designed in SOLIDWORKS with individually modeled components and functional assembly constraints.
I focused on building a clean, editable model while maintaining the correct mechanical relationship between the rod, spring, adjustment components, and mounting points.
The project includes functional mates, an exploded configuration, ballooned BOM, section and orthographic views, principal dimensions, and a production-style assembly drawing.
The assembly was also prepared for STEP export while keeping the original SOLIDWORKS parts and feature trees fully editable.
